THE MASTER'S BREW - Original Lager 5.2%
Soweto Brew Co - Master’s Brew Original Lager is a golden malty beer with rewarding Munich malt flavour. There are soft toasty bread flavours that often seem like light caramel in the finish. The bitterness is on the low side so that the malt is emphasized, but the residual sugar well controlled.
The quality of the malt is paramount. Well-developed Avangard Munich and Weyerman CaraMunich flavors permeate the beer, with some aromas developed during the kilning of the malt, and others brought out during the mashing process.

Background flavours of chocolate, caramel, and toffee are present, but without actual sweetness.
The beer itself is a deep golden amber, often with a reddish tint when held up to the light. The head is creamy with a light color. The body is moderate, but the mouthfeel may feel a little more full due to dextrinous malts used.
The hop character is minimal. Almost without flavor or aroma hops, the bittering hops provide some balance at 17–20 IBUs. Only finest South African hops such as Southern Passion and Southern Star are used.

The tangy sweet kiss of the forbidden fruit! Inspired by mother natures little green apples - we crafted a fresh crisp green Apple Ale with a naughty appley bite.
A smooth malt-based apple flavored beer with crisp acidity and a refreshing lingering sweetness. Deliciously served on ice with a slice of lemon.

Gogo's Ginger by Soweto Brew Co. 4.5%
Our beautiful Gogo was a legendary shebeen queen in Sophia Town during the prohibition era of the 1950’s. She entertained friends in her simple dining room with kwela jazz and cold spicy drinks. This is her recipe. We brew it to honour the great women in our lives – past & present. This ginger-spiced beer is enjoyed then and now as a spritzy refreshing drink

Soweto Brew Co. - Orlando Stout 6.1%
A stout like no other - with strong coffee bitterness and a hint of cinnamon.
In the second boil we infuse real ground 100% arabica beens and just a touch of cinnamon to create a creamy, yet light stout, that flows smooth and rich . A firm brown head, an impenetrable dark liquid with a rich taste of coffee that lingers and beckons the next sip. The cinnamon is a touch of exotic.
